Service Longchamp (24 pieces), Grès du Marais collection, around 1970 – LOT 1

Magnificent 24-piece dinner service from the famous French manufacturer Longchamp (Bourgogne). With its ochre-brown flamed glaze with concentric circles and its rustic-chic speckled look typical of the seventies, it is entirely representative of the Grès du Marais collection.

Details of the stamp and authenticity: Each piece is signed on the back with the square factory stamp featuring the famous galloping horse. Authenticity and craftsmanship are guaranteed by the official inscriptions integrated into the stamp:
-"DÉCOR INALTÉRABLE": the assurance of a glaze with great robustness against time and washes.
-"PEINT À LA MAIN": testifying to the attention given to finishing and the unique nuances of each gradient.
- "FRANCE": French manufacture of the period.
-The platter bears the model number engraved in relief in the mass (mold no. 1646).

-1 large vegetable dish with lid: 33*18 cm without the lid / 33*31 cm with the lid
-1 round dish: 26.3 * 8 cm
-12 large flat plates: 24 cm diameter
-4 small flat plates: 19.5 cm diameter
-6 deep plates: 20 cm diameter * 4.2 cm height

Condition: Excellent overall condition, very good glaze shine, no major cracks. Ideal for everyday use (very robust material, perfectly suited to modern use thanks to its indelible design).
