Part of Penelope’s Cooper Series, which takes their straight whiskeys on a world tour with unique casks from around the globe.  Built on Penelope’s four-grain mash bill (74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye, 3% malted barley),  finished first in American honey barrels, then in new Brazilian Amburana oak  — a finishing period of roughly two years in total.  Non-chill filtered, limited release.

Condition: Unopened, fill at neck, capsule and Cooper Series seal intact. Labels clean. Sold as pictured.
