Old Luxor bicycle carbide lamp – France – circa 1920-1935
Authentic bicycle carbide lamp of brand LUXOR, manufactured in France, dating from about 1920 to 1935.
Made of nickel-plated metal, it retains its original domed glass lens. The LUXOR brand is clearly stamped on the front support. The lamp is equipped with its carbide reservoir, its burner and its original mounting system.
It presents a beautiful antique patina with signs of use appropriate to its age. This piece will appeal to collectors of vintage bicycles as well as fans of industrial decoration.
