This bonsai belongs to our Bonsai Selection. These are high-quality, healthy, and visually appealing trees that meet our quality standards.
The trees were however not cultivated or shaped by us and are not in our own specialized bonsai substrate mix.

Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring instrument at mid-height between the root base and the first branch (see example image). In case of multiple trunks, the widest is selected.
- If available, we reuse old packaging for shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely affixed inside the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state that the goods are normally delivered within max. 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend-delays.
