Le Yack - The Champagne Hour - Hand signed

At the edge of a mosaic Art Deco pool, a young woman in a cream satin backless dress turns her gaze toward us, a glass of champagne in hand, her feet skimming the sparkling water. Behind her, a maître d'hôtel in livery, palm trees, and the sunlit modernist villa compose the scene of a wealthy resort from the Roaring Twenties. Le Yack seizes the “open moment,” this moment of indolent grace, in a smooth and luminous realism inspired by American cinema.

Le Yack, emerging French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, aka Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) of Orléans. He is a creative director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited within a network of around forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.
