Emmanuelle Pellet, Au-delà, an original 2019 acrylic painting measuring 101 by 76 cm, signed by hand, in good condition, depicting a night scene in a surreal style.
Description from the seller
A young girl emerges from a silent landscape, among the bell-shaped flowers of a giant lily-of-the-valley. Her immense eyes invite the viewer to cross the threshold into a world where dream, memory, and imagination blend. The luminous blue of her belt lights the composition like a discreet presence, while the basket of flowers she clutches to her chest becomes the symbol of a story whose narrative each viewer is free to invent.
The richness of this work lies as much in its atmosphere as in its material. The face and the flowers are interwoven with cracks that inscribe time at the very heart of the painting. This deliberate patina becomes a pictorial language, evoking memory, the fragility of memories, and the beauty of what traverses time. Between the heritage of old masters and a contemporary sensibility, the girl seems to emerge from a universal memory, suspended between reality and dream.
Between gentleness and mystery, Beyond does not fully reveal its secret. Its silent presence accompanies the gaze and continues to dialogue with the viewer long after the first encounter.
