Description from the seller

A stunning, classic, round, vintage Omega wristwatch from the 1940s, made of 9-karat gold, with a signed silver dial and seconds subdial, Dennison snap-case back, ref. no. 11384/48227, featuring a movement stamped with 15 jewels. The watch runs flawlessly, keeps perfect time, and measures time perfectly.
Additional information:
• Case: 9-karat gold (solid British Dennison case, a desirable feature among collectors). The case diameter is 29 mm, lug width 16 mm. The case is signed Dennison, Made in England, dated to approximately 1945–1948, and numbered.
• Dial: Silver dial in a warm white tone with original dagger-shaped hands, Roman numerals, and a small seconds subdial traditionally at 6 o’clock. The dial is signed Omega above the center.
• Caseback: Signed Dennison, 9-karat gold with assay mark. The caseback is stamped “Dennison, Made in England, ALD” along with serial number 11384 and model reference number 48227. Dennison was the most respected British case-maker in the first half of the 20th century (the Dennison case back refers to the rear cover of a watch produced by the historic British company Dennison Watch Case Company. In the 20th century, Swiss watchmakers (such as Rolex, Omega, and Jaeger‑LeCoultre) imported movements to Great Britain and used Dennison cases for assembly, making these cases highly sought after by vintage watch collectors).
• Movement: Caliber 30T2. The manually wound 30T2 caliber movement is Omega-branded, Swiss, with 15 jewels and numbered.
• Strap: Black leather strap (lizard pattern) with a gold-plated Omega buckle.
• In the box: An extra Omega presentation box.
• Condition: The watch is in good vintage condition for its age. The original dial shows a light patina and minor marks typical of an original watch from the 1940s, which adds character. The case has remained solid, with normal signs of wear.
