Description from the seller

Powerful and captivating composition depicting a bull at the moment of utmost concentration and readiness to charge. Lowered head, well-defined horns and tense muscles of the animal radiate indomitable strength and self-confidence. The artist works here with an excellent painting technique – fleshy brushstrokes merge with expressive texture and dramatic splashes and streaks of paint. Surprisingly rich, yet subdued palette of deep navies, grafites, golden ochres and indigo tones intensifies the three-dimensionality and majesty of the figure.

Born in 1965. Painter-artist, autodidact, graphic artist.
He completed the study of painting and drawing Curso Práctico de Dibujo y Pintura Larousse. He works in many styles, but realist painting, Romanticism, and classical aesthetics inspired by the École des Beaux-Arts tradition are especially close to him.

He has over 2000 paintings to his name, located mainly in private collections in Poland and abroad.

Selected exhibitions:
2019 – solo exhibition at the Bolków Castle Museum
May 2022 – outdoor painting exhibition, Wilanów Art Center
February 2023 – opening of “Nic o sobie, czyli sur-realizm, alla prima”, Wilanów Art Center, Warsaw
