Bucket - Copper, Brass - Antique copper bucket

An impressive and decorative copper bucket with a warm, time-worn appearance. The object is made of copper and features a contrasting brass base and a sturdy brass handle. Due to its generous size and the beautiful natural patina, this is a particularly atmospheric piece for both a classic and country or industrial interior.

The bucket has a nicely tapered form with several profiled edges. The large handle is attached to gracefully shaped brass holders and can be moved. The wide brass base provides extra stability to the whole and at the same time yields an elegant finish.

The copper has developed a characterful reddish-brown patina over the years, with local greenish oxidation spots and discolorations typical for old copper and brass. It is precisely this natural aging that gives the object its authentic appearance.

Condition
In nice condition with clear signs of use and age appropriate to its age. The copper and brass show discoloration, superficial scratches, oxidation and local green patina. Around various joints and seams are old soldering and repair marks visible. These belong to the history and look of the object.
