Old niche finely carved in a pinkish-colored stone typical of Rajasthan.
These niches framed the entrance of havelis in pairs. They housed a terracotta bowl filled with oil in which a cotton wick rested. These oil lamps usually burned all night.

The presented niche is in perfect condition and ready to illuminate your interior or your garden (frost-resistant stone).
