Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic bonsai long-term fertilizer.
- To determine trunk girth, we place the measuring instrument at half height between the root collar and the first branch (see example image). In case of multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- If available, we reuse old packaging for environmental reasons when shipping.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected against drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Contractors are commissioned who state that they usually deliver the goods within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend delivery delays.
