My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio—a place where I can completely immerse myself in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me—and it continues to inspire me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my works I mainly deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. My aim is to make visible what cannot be spoken—emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth stand at the forefront. Each work is a piece of myself—an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 130 cm, you need a cradled frame sized 150 x 120 cm with a thickness of 2-4 cm.
You can either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.
