From the photo, this appears to be a vintage Baume & Mercier automatic wristwatch, likely dating from the 1950s to early 1960s.
Here are the details I can make out:
• Brand: Baume & Mercier Genève
• Movement: Automatic
• Dial text: “17 Rubis Incabloc Automatic”
• 17 Rubis = 17 jewels in the movement.
• Incabloc = a shock-protection system commonly used in Swiss watches.
• Case: Yellow gold-colored (could be solid gold, gold-filled, or gold-plated—can’t determine from the front alone).
• Dial: Original-looking silver/champagne dial with applied Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9, plus applied arrowhead indices.
