A remarkable contemporary artisan ring created entirely by hand by Perna Laboratorio Orafo in Torre del Greco, Naples, Italy, a city internationally recognised for its longstanding goldsmithing tradition.

This jewel belongs to the “Bouquet” Collection, conceived to transform the spontaneous beauty, volume and movement of a bouquet of flowers into a three-dimensional jewellery composition.

At the heart of the ring is a large faceted cushion-cut smoky quartz. Its warm smoky-brown and brownish-grey reflections create depth and visual contrast, while 24 luminous Australian opal cabochons form a rich floral corolla around the centre stone.

The composition is completed by 36 small diamonds, positioned throughout the ring as controlled points of light. Together, the smoky quartz, opals and diamonds create a complex arrangement of 61 gemstones in total.
