Description from the seller

Art Deco liqueur and aperitif set – ca. 1925–1940 – faience, crystal and glass

Elegant and decorative vintage liqueur and aperitif set in Art Deco style, consisting of a decorative faience serving bowl with floral motif, paired with a glass liqueur carafe and matching 7-piece crystal glasses in the Val St Lambert style.

The fine faience bowl gives the whole ensemble a distinctly decorative appearance. The combination with the transparent glassware Bonbonnière or aperitif bowls makes this a atmospheric object from the interwar period.

The set is especially suitable as a liqueur service, aperitif set, decorative bar accessory, or vintage table piece. An attractive combination for lovers of Art Deco, vintage glassware, and nostalgic European table culture.

Dating: circa 1925–1940.

Material: faience, crystal glass.

Condition: vintage condition, with normal signs of use and aging appropriate to the age. Any small imperfections, signs of wear, or aging are characteristic of vintage status and contribute to the authentic character.

Contents:

7 crystal glasses
1 carafe with motif
1 faience bowl with flower motif . Cracks and oxidation cf. photos
1 glass bonbonnière or 2 aperitif bowls
