Distinctive Hamilton Khaki Navy Sub 660ft, reference 9744A, dating from the 1990s and featuring an attractive two-tone diver design.

This is an uncommon vintage Hamilton from the Khaki collection, combining a white dial, rotating diver bezel and gold-tone details with a substantial stainless-steel case. The dial features luminous hands and hour markers, central seconds and a practical date display at 3 o’clock.

Originally rated to 200 metres / 660 ft, as indicated by the model designation, this was Hamilton’s robust sports/diver offering of the period. Its approximately 38.5 mm case gives it excellent wrist presence while remaining very wearable by modern standards.

The watch is powered by a reliable Swiss quartz movement and is currently functioning correctly. Time and date adjustment operate as intended.

It is fitted with a Hamilton green textile/leather strap, which complements the military-inspired Khaki aesthetic particularly well. Please note that the strap is a later Hamilton strap and is not claimed to be the original factory strap supplied with the watch.
