AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Dutch late-Gothic chest, circa 1600.
Beautiful, stylish chest from a once stylish interior.
At most the early 17th century.

Surrounded by small panels in beautifully figured quarter-sawn oak.
Beautiful light blonde color.
If the wood was wetted for a long time it could stay lighter because the tannins largely leached out of the wood.

Short hinges (original)
The original lock plate also still has the Gothic character.
Nicely forged handles. see detail photo.
There are panels on the back as well.
And inside, two document compartments.
No key included.

I only ship to countries within the EU.
If you wish, you can also pick it up yourself (have it collected) - check this option at checkout.
I usually ship with DHL or FedEx.
On a pallet, well packaged, door-to-door.
You will receive a track and trace number.

Buyers from other countries must arrange their own transport.
You will receive the shipping details from me.
These can include UPS, GLS, FedEx and DHL.
You will receive a label from your carrier and email it to me.
