Three Spirits
“Three Spirits” presents a composition in which three figures intertwine to form a single symbolic presence. Their fragmented bodies, angular faces, and hybrid shapes build a scene that oscillates between the human, the animal, and the ceremonial.
The work is articulated from a Cubist-Surrealist language, where representation abandons natural logic to enter a territory more intuitive and spiritual. The horns, the bird, the flower, and the ornamental forms function as signs within an imaginary iconography, evoking rituals, guardians, and forces linked to an ancestral world.
The intense blues, reds, greens, and earth tones are distributed across planes that overlap and connect the three figures. None seems completely independent: their forms invade, extend, and dialogue with each other, as if belonging to a single entity divided into three manifestations.
The totemic character of the composition reinforces this sensation. The figures do not represent concrete characters, but presences, beings born from an imaginary where nature, myth, and humanity share the same space.
“Three Spirits” thus proposes a scene of mystery and transformation: three beings united by an invisible bond, gathered in a composition that suggests protection, ritual, and a spirituality difficult to name.
