This is a Louis Vuitton Keepall 55.
It is a pre-owned item in generally good condition. While there are some minor stains and light scratches on the natural leather trim, they are not particularly noticeable. The handles—an area prone to showing dirt—are also in relatively good condition.
Regarding the interior, it is clean; however, the previous owner unfortunately wrote the name "UMEDA" on it with an oil-based marker. Someone who knows the proper removal method could likely clean off the writing quite well.
Although the serial number is difficult to read, it is "MI0881," indicating it was manufactured in France in October 1988.
