Beautiful book begun in 1942 by Colette and Christian Berard, whose illustrations were engraved on stone by Roger Weyl and printed by lithography by Mourlot frères (9 full-page plates hors texte and 27 in the text, plus a cover illustration). Copy number 219 of a limited edition of 300 on Rives vélin paper, presented in sheets under a color-illustrated dust jacket, without a cardboard case. Very good condition.

Très beau livre commencé en 1942 par Colette et Christian Berard dont les illustrations ont été mises sur pierre par Roger Weyl et tirées sur lithographie par Mourlot frères (9 illustrations pleine page hors texte et 27 dans le texte + illustration de couverture).
Exemplaire numéro 219 d'un tirage limité à 300 sur papier vélin de Rives présenté en feuilles sous couverture rempliée illustrée en couleurs, sans étui cartonné.
Très bon état.
