AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful traditional Zeeland cabinet. Circa 1650.

The proportions are characteristic: it is shorter than it is wide. Also features the low, broad doors on the upper part.

This cabinet is very beautifully made with inlaid woods. Nice contrast also with the ebony.

Very handsome and colour-true profiles in the panels of the doors. Kornis profiling. Also typical of the Renaissance and these Zeeland cabinets. We also see this often in furniture in Antwerp.

Original locks and working keys.
The upper cabinet is always loose on top of the lower cabinet.
Little restoration: inevitably repairs have been made behind the feet – the back is always in poorer condition.
The cabinet is now in very good condition and ready for centuries of use.

I ship only to EU countries.
Buyers from other countries must arrange their own transport.
