Dave Cooper (b. 1967) is a Canadian cartoonist, oil painter and animator from Nova Scotia. He began publishing science-fiction comics as a teenager in the 1980s, before creating the award-winning "Weasel" and "Suckle" for Fantagraphics in the 1990s, and later co-creating the Nickelodeon animated series "Pig Goat Banana Cricket."
