An elegant and refined bracelet (بازوبند) for the forearm dating from the end of the period (qâdjâre, Ottoman) made of bronze and adorned with delicate Islamic motifs and inscriptions. This bracelet, engraved with verses from the Qur'an, was worn by warriors during battles, in the belief that it would grant them divine protection and help them return alive from combat. The delicacy of the engraving and the harmony of the Islamic motifs on the bronze attest to great know-how.

Un bracelet (بازوبند ) de bras très élégant et raffiné datant de la fin de la période (qâdjâre,-Ottoman) réalisé en bronze et orné de motifs et d’inscriptions islamiques délicates.
Ce bracelet, gravé avec des versets du Coran, était porté par les guerriers pendant les batailles, dans la croyance qu’il leur apporterait la protection divine et leur permettrait de revenir vivants du combat.
