Flat-rectangular ceramic vase with a flared neck, handmade and painted by the Italian ceramicist Elio Schiavon (1925-2004), founder of "Schiavon Ceramiche" in Padua.
Hand-painted floral decoration on a cream/beige background: a large blue flower with a yellow center, green foliage, orange fruits/buds, complemented by a frieze of red-orange triangular motifs accenting the neck.
Double signature: "Schiavon" hand-painted on the front face, and the inscription "Schiavon 309/A" engraved beneath the base (model reference).
