Dieter Wulff was a German painter who began his artistic career with a solid training as a sculptor. From this classical education he developed an independent, expressively influenced visual language. From the 1960s, landscape moved to the center of his work, characterized by clear composition, distinctive line work, and atmospheric color. In the 1980s, Wulff was among the particularly sought-after artists in his region and was active for decades as a gallery owner, teacher, and organizer of exhibitions. Today his works enjoy a consistently growing demand in the collector market.
