batignani - Lidded vase - Majolica

Splendid vase with a lid in artistic ceramic signed by the famous Ceramiche Batignani, a historic Tuscan manufactory founded in 1907.
It features refined hand-painted decoration with vegetal and floral motifs, characterized by detailed blue roses, buds and green vine leaves on a white background.
Premium finishes with broad sections on the neck, the foot, and the profiles of the upper outline are enhanced by a glossy gilded finish applied in relief.
The artist's or workshop's signature ("Batignani") is visible in cursive directly on the lower body of the vase.
Under the base are the factory mark and the serial number, as these are limited-edition productions; this one is No. 14.
The height is about 32 cm, weight over 1.7 kg.
Good condition with minimal signs of aging and wear.
