- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-rounder who has absorbed the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double readings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States, and Asia, cementing his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE is also making his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a style now indispensable.
SKE is undeniably an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with growing value.
Awarded & Recognized Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits within a prestigious lineage. His line bears the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge the eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to parody the Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms, juxtaposing them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates the icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo world and the iconic Game Boy to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the vein of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMERISM In a style that sometimes nods to Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with symbols of success and materialism. The Dollar sign sits beside the logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the aesthetics of “Hype”: you’ll encounter sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to forget mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art, with textured finishes that sometimes evoke the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of a Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your home.
