Patrícia Trindade (1989) is a Portuguese artist with a degree in Visual Arts and a Master of Painting, both from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. Although she has devoted herself over the years to various painting series with different themes, the male figure has become the central element of her work. This has inspired various approaches and narratives—from the objectification of the body, to eroticism, to homosexuality, and to voyeurism—which question the usual representations of virility and the passivity of gender in iconographic representations.
