Description from the seller
Opera realized in 2026, by the artist Emma Beatrice Pierotti born in 1990, Italy, known as MEMÉ.
Emerging self-taught artist, she has participated in countless national and international exhibitions with participation certificates and awards such as Artist of the Year, and is featured in art catalogues as an effect of art for the years 2024 and 2025, e.g., Brussels, London, Miami, New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Venice, Rome, with a frequent collaboration with the University of Fine Arts in Istanbul, ARDAHAN ÜNİVERSİTESİ
GÜZEL SANATLAR FAKÜLTESİ
FACULTY OF FINE ARTS.
This acrylic and ink work is realized on canvas with mixed media technique, measuring 92x64 cm (the dimensions refer to the full canvas without the frame; consider the cm used for the structure, about 3/5 per side, if you want it to be framed).
*The canvas may appear crumpled; this does not compromise the quality and suitability of the artwork. When the canvas is stretched, the folds will disappear.
The painting depicts the vespero of a mountainous landscape, apparently barren and desolate except for the small bonsai, which may be what is in the place it chose.
Unique in its kind, in excellent condition, hand-signed bottom right with ink and on the back with ink; the frame is not present. Shipping would be with rolled canvas in a reinforced cardboard tube suitable for shipment.
Packaging is composed of recycled materials to counter pollution and encourage the recycling of existing materials; this can sometimes transform into a creative and pleasant process without compromising packaging suitability.
*For shipments outside Italy, any duties and customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise requested by the shipping service.
The work is catalogued and entered in the International Archive of Modern Art; certificates of authenticity and archiving will be delivered together with the artwork in paper format. The certificate of ownership is available on request in PDF format.
*The photos of the artworks may slightly vary the color depending on the device used to view the painting. In the detail-focused images, the color is the most faithful. In illustrative images, I use a specific artist program to simulate the framed work in a common environment.
