Federico Seneca (1891 – 1976) was an Italian advertiser, illustrator and graphic designer. Among the various activities the artist undertook, he collaborated with the confectionery company Perugina as advertising manager in the 1920s and 1930s.

Giovanni Buitoni created the famous international automobile race “Coppa della Perugina” and this poster was devised to promote it.
