Maren Roelofsen (1984) - The Beach

The Beach is an original, hand-painted artwork that brings to life the relaxed atmosphere of a sunny coast. As part of my signature style in abstract expressionism, this painting invites you to drift away to a place where time slows down and nature takes the lead.

Layers of light and dark blues flow together with warm shades of yellow and soft peach, creating a playful landscape in which palm leaves, reed, water, rolling hills and distant mountains subtly emerge. The abstract forms leave room for one's own imagination, so every viewer discovers something different.

The artwork will be carefully packed in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard tube to ensure it arrives undamaged. It is very easy to mount the canvas on a frame.
