Oscar von Asboth (born November 11, 1925 in Budapest; died February 12, 1991 in Vienna) was a Hungarian painter who is counted among the representatives of the so-called "Metaphysical Realism".
He was a member of the World Federation of Hungarian Artists in New York, a member of the Association for the Promotion of Contemporary Art, Galerie Club der Begegnung in Linz, a member of the Mödlinger Künstlerbund, and a member of the Arpad Academy in Cleveland.
Asboth had been a member of the Danube Lodge "To the Peaceful Shores" since 1972.
Asboth is buried at the Romantic Cemetery Maria Enzersdorf.
