Bel set composed of 6 coasters and 1 bottle coaster of round shape, produced in Italy in the seventies by Alessi.
The central surface is adorned with a delicate relief-engraved decoration, consisting of floral motifs, scrolls and arabesques arranged in a symmetrical composition, with a large ornamental central motif. The design, very fine and detailed, emerges delicately from the glossy metal surface, creating a refined chiaroscuro effect.
The edge is particularly characteristic, defined by a braided cordwork that runs along the entire perimeter of the plate and elegantly underlines its circular shape. The combination of the argentated surface, the incised decoration and the worked edge gives the objects a precious look, almost like traditional silverware, reinterpreted within the Alessi design framework.
The plates are in excellent overall condition. They suit their modern and refined design for any type of table, adding a touch of great class.
