High Frequency arises from the idea of a frequency so high that it is not always perceptible, yet able to traverse space and transmit energy. It is a concept that belongs to physics, but in contemporary language it has also become a metaphor for intensity, vitality and connection with what surrounds us.

In the painting this idea takes shape through a figure that seems to be traversed by an invisible movement: the hair dissolves into space, while the painting material expands around the body like a wave. It is not clear whether that force comes from outside or from the figure itself, and it is precisely this ambiguity that transforms the movement into something interior.
