French contemporary artist, Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop-inspired canvases rooted in street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental murals across Europe, including an intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This background directly nourishes my current approach, tighter in scope but still guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide. Each canvas is handmade in my workshop in France, using mixed media that combines acrylic and aerosol. I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, bold contrasts, and a real vibrancy of the colors.
