Description from the seller
This 1976 Honda CB550F has been fully serviced/restored and is ready to be ridden for several more years.
What has been done:
- The fuel tank has been cleaned inside and repainted outside together with the side covers in the original Honda color Candy Sapphire Blue, the old Honda logos kept for a vintage look.
- New front and rear tires: Michelin Road Classic
- New sprocket for front + rear and a new chain installed.
- Progressive springs installed in the front fork + new oil and seals
- New brake pads at the front + caliper serviced. Of course also new brake fluid.
- New fuel tap + bolts, nuts and fuel cap yellow-zinc coated.
- New ignition switch with 2 keys.
Mechanically, the following have been addressed:
- maintenance: fresh oil + oil filter
- valves adjusted
- carburetors have new gaskets and have been cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner. Carburation also adjusted.
- clutch serviced
- exhaust has received new exhaust wrap.
- new gaskets between exhaust and cylinder head.
In short, a beautiful vintage bike that’s ready to be used for several years.
