'Banette' dish with handles in Rouen earthenware from France, dating to around 1760. Measures 33.5 cm x 23 cm, height 4 cm. In very beautiful exceptional condition for its age, with no restorations or cracks, some minor edge damage (very normal for this age) and typical crazing on this type of earthenware. Beautiful decoration of a flower basket in iron red and blue, typical Rouen border decoration.

"Banette" schotel met handvatten in aardewerk van Rouan uit Frankrijk, dateer van rond 1760. Meet 33,5 cm x  23 cm,  Hoogte 4cm.Verkeerd in zeer mooie uitzonderlijke staat voor zijn ouderdom, zonder restauraties of barsten, enkele minieme randbeschadigingen(zeer normaal bij deze ouderdom) en gebruikelijke emailbarsten bij dit soort aardewerk. Mooie decoratie van bloemenmand in ijzerrood en blauw, typische Rouaanse randdecoratie.
