Description from the seller
Near the Garden is a contemporary work that portrays the animal in its natural habitat, capturing its elegance, strength, and freedom through an spontaneous and expressive brushstroke. The figure of the horse, in white and bluish tones, stands out against a landscape built from deep greens and vibrant patches of coral and orange. This chromatic contrast gives the scene a warm, almost dreamlike atmosphere, distancing it from a purely naturalistic representation and turning the landscape into a pictorial experience. The horse appears in motion, its body slightly projected forward, conveying dynamism and a sense of contained freedom. The visible, quick and gestural brushstrokes add texture and movement to both the animal and the surroundings, making nature seem in a constant state of transformation. The work establishes a dialogue between the horse's serenity and the energy of the surrounding landscape. A piece of great visual impact and sensitivity, where nature, movement and color meet in a contemporary, character-filled pictorial language.

Brief Bio: I am particularly interested in creating compositions that offer the viewer a vantage point from which they can identify. Whether through discomfort, serenity, or contemplation, my aim is to foster a space for reflection and questioning. Artistically, I am drawn to vibrant colors, strong saturations, and cool color palettes. I find a rich source of inspiration in observing our social and natural surroundings. I often like to imagine watching the planet from a great distance; that symbolic distance allows me to rethink reality from another perspective. I also explore the universe of the feminine, addressing its multiple dimensions from a personal, sensitive, and introspective perspective.
