Description from the seller
UNIQUE WORK ... (No AI).
This is an original oil on canvas, a unique creation by the artist Caroline Mandrafina. Do not confuse it with a giclée, a print on canvas, or AI-generated.
Before shipping, the canvas will be protected with a UV-resistant varnish, the edges will be painted white, and a hanging system will be installed (see photo). Delivery will include its certificate of authenticity and insurance for its value in secure packaging.
Caroline Mandrafina (born 1963), French painter of Italian origin, began her artistic career with fashion. Drawing, being an integral part of her primary passion, naturally led to painting when she met Olivier Pfleger in 1994, who taught her painting. Over time, her style is characterized by broad swathes of bright colors and strokes on the canvas that recall the “mosaic” she especially cherishes. Preferred themes: Marine subjects, Music, Nature, and Abstract. In 2005 she opened her gallery in Monflanquin (47) and the adventure began, with an audience still present today; she has participated in several fairs. Permanent exhibition: gallery “Art et Regard,” Pessac (33). Grand prize at the Manzac salon (24) in 2017.
