Handmade chessboard, personally crafted in a contemporary Baroque style.
The corners are carved with decorative volutes and the central friezes in pierced gilded metal.
Shabby Chic / Decapé finish with aqua/sage green coloration.
The pieces depicting historical figures are hand-painted.
The white and black squares evoke marble veining, bounded by a thin frame with gold geometric motifs.
The playing surface opens with a sliding mechanism to store the chess pieces.
The bottom feet are detachable as desired.
