Ruggero Salvatore - Il tempo sospeso

The work tells of a mature and essential love, made of silent complicity and mutual presence capable of suspending time.

In recent years my artistic research has focused on blending three different shades of realism, giving rise to a personal and innovative style. Within the works, the themes of contemporary life intertwine and blur, sometimes evoking the suspended atmospheres of Metaphysical painting.

Techniques and authenticity:
The painting is finished with a thin white perimeter edge, designed to allow display of the work either in daylight (unframed) or with a classical mounting. The authenticity of the work is guaranteed by a certificate signed by me on the back of the canvas.

The artist’s career includes, among its recognitions, a historical review signed by Maestro Federico Fellini (Academy Honorary Award for Lifetime Achievement in 1993).
