Antique jewellery box in régule dating from around 1900–1910, made in France.

Small antique jewelry box in regule, Louis XV / Rococo style, France, around 1900
Charming small antique jewelry box in patinated regule, resting on four elegant curved feet.
Very pretty high-relief decoration inspired by Louis XV / Rococo, consisting of roses, foliage, ribbons, scrolls and medallions. The domed lid is also richly decorated with floral motifs.
The interior retains its original pink velvet lining, including inside the lid.
The box opens with a hinged lid.
Estimated period: late 19th – early 20th century, around 1890-1910.
Material: regule / cast metal alloy.
Dimensions: approximately 10 cm high and 6-7 cm wide, based on measurements visible in the photographs.
Condition: good overall antique condition. Patina, small wear marks and traces appropriate to the object’s age and use. The interior velvet also shows patina and normal wear due to time. Please examine the photographs carefully, which are an integral part of the description.
A pretty display piece typical of Belle Époque boudoir accessories, especially decorative.
