Modern Greek translation of the New Testament, published in New York in 1833 by Daniel Fanshaw, for the American Bible Society.
Language: Greek.
360 pages; the final printed page is numbered 360 and ends with “ΤΕΛΟΣ”.
Dimensions: 20 x 13 x 2.5 cm.
Bound in old brown leather. The binding shows significant age-related wear, rubbing and surface scuffing, especially at the spine and edges. Pages show age toning, foxing and occasional stains, but the text remains clearly legible. Green endpapers; an old printed devotional leaf is pasted to the front pastedown. Unattributed old ownership inscription to the front endpaper.
