Impressive religious relief plaque depicting an angel/archangel, executed in a Byzantinist-orthodox inspired style.

The richly decorated front is fitted with a finely hammered and engraved 925-silvered riza, produced by the Florentine silversmiths Paterna & Livi. The original Italian hallmarks are clearly visible: ★ 336 FI – 925 – R 30÷35 g. The designation 30–35 g refers to the amount of silver applied.

The silver-colored front is mounted on a wooden backing. It is a large piece with refined relief work, in which the wings and robes are especially detailed.
