Founded in 1826 in Seraing, Belgium, Val Saint Lambert has earned an international reputation for producing some of the world's finest lead crystal. Throughout the late 20th century the crystal house collaborated with its leading designers to create exclusive, limited-edition art objects combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.

This impressive centrepiece is crafted from richly coloured ruby red lead crystal. The crystal has been expertly hand-cut and polished to create brilliant diamond-cut motifs, a faceted pedestal and a finely finished star-cut base. The deep ruby colour interacts beautifully with light, producing exceptional brilliance and depth while showcasing the renowned craftsmanship of Val Saint Lambert.

Condition
Very good vintage condition. The crystal remains bright and brilliant, without chips, cracks or repairs. The underside of the base shows light surface scratches and normal wear consistent with careful use and age.
The bottom on the inside is somewhat matte. Please study the photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description.
