Characteristic cuckoo clock purchased directly from the Black Forest, in Germany, made of carved wood and richly decorated.
The structure features the traditional chalet shape, enhanced by leaves and hand-painted flowers in green, blue, and white tones. At the top stands a large carved bird with wings spread.
Black circular dial with Roman numerals and decorative hands. Complete with pendulum, chains, and two distinctive pinecone-shaped weights.
The clock is quartz and functional. On the side there is the adjustment control with ON / LOW / OFF selector.
A fine example of Black Forest cuckoo clock tradition, particularly decorative and suitable for a collection as well as the furnishings of a mountain home, chalet, or rustic vintage-inspired setting.
The clock is presented in good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use. Please examine the photographs carefully, which are part of the description.
