Stool from the seventies, crafted in dark-stained beech wood with a handwoven seat of natural paper cord. The light material, slim construction and understated design give the stool a distinctive Scandinavian look.

The stool is in neat vintage condition and has only a few light signs of wear that suit its age. At the top of one of the legs, a small piece had broken off in the past. This has been carefully reinserted and glued; see the detail photo for reference. The stool is still solid for use.

Kruk uit de jaren zeventig, uitgevoerd in donker gebeitst beukenhout en met een handgevlochten zitting van naturel papierkoord. Het lichte materiaal, de slanke constructie en de sobere vormgeving geven de kruk een karakteristieke Scandinavische uitstraling.

De kruk verkeert in een nette vintage staat en heeft slechts enkele lichte gebruikssporen die passen bij de leeftijd. Aan de bovenzijde van één van de poten is in het verleden een klein stukje afgebroken. Dit is zorgvuldig teruggeplaatst en verlijmd; zie hiervoor de detailfoto. De kruk is nog voldoende stevig in gebruik.
