Karma Spirit – Mineral is an original wall artwork in resin and mixed media, created by the French visual artist Benjamin Issner.
This unique piece belongs to a series of seven works devoted to the Source, Spirit and Matter. Each work represents a step of creation and a distinct element. Here, Mineral evokes stone, density and the emergence of spirit at the heart of matter.
Benjamin Issner's work is conceptual and combines sculpture and painting in simple, massive, large-format compositions. His research focuses on the soul, thought, transformation processes and the way in which spirit shapes matter.
The silver sculptural face appears in relief on a textured, mineral and glossy surface. Light alters the perception of the work depending on the viewing angle.
