A splendid collectible specimen: an imposing fragment of Mosasaur jaw fossil, from the famous phosphate deposits of Khouribga, Morocco, one of the most renowned sites in the world for Cretaceous marine fossils.
The piece features five natural, well-aligned teeth along the jawbone, of generous size as one can appreciate when holding it in hand.
The enamel retains a beautiful coloration ranging from dark brown to amber at the tips, typical of these Moroccan fossils.
The crowns are intact, sharp, and attest to the imposing predatory apparatus of these gigantic marine reptiles that dominated the oceans in the age of the dinosaurs.
The bone and teeth are natural and authentic; the roots have been restored to ensure maximum stability of the piece over time.
