Description from the seller
My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in Saarland.
My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From about 1993 to the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time my enthusiasm for colors, shapes and creative expression developed—the foundation of my painting today.
In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. A completely new creative world opened up for me, which has fascinated me to this day. Since then I have been dedicating myself with great passion to abstract painting and continuously experimenting with new techniques, color compositions and image structures.
I am especially fascinated by the unique shapes and structures that arise through the scraper technique. Every painting is for me a new journey of discovery, where intuition, creativity and a spirit of experimentation come together. As a self-taught artist I love continually developing and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism onto the canvas.
Today I deliberately take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination and bring them long-term joy.
The most beautiful thing about abstract art, to me, is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings and experiences into a painting and thus lets it affect them in a completely individual way. It is precisely this connection between artwork and viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
The canvas is rolled and shipped in a shipping tube. The certificate of authenticity is included.
